Job Description
- Installation, implementation, managing data center solutions such as servers, storage, backup systems and virtualization with best practices.
- Responsible for the configuration of operating system platforms such as Windows and Linux.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) to ensure performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and enforce system security policies and procedures, including access controls and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Develop low/high-level design, implementation and user acceptance for the project.
- Preparing the completion document, operation and maintenance manual.
- Managing to work with cross-teams and fulfilling assigned duties professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service and interact in a highly effective manner with other team members and management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure Huawei Cloud,..
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, self-motivation and good learning.
- Passion to work in the technology industry.
- Understanding and good knowledge of technologies such as server and storage, Virtualization.
- Experience in backup software implementation.
- Ability to learn new technology and products.
- Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrates the ability to achieve results.
- Able to communicate with both internal and external such as customers, vendors and distributors.
- Able to travel if required.
