- Plan, execute, review and control IT Development, Implementation, Operation and Maintenance Projects according to PMBOK Practices and Processes
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder, preferably Software Engineering, IT or related degree
- Minimum of 4 years of management/leadership experience in a software development organization required with a record of successful delivery of IT Projects as an individual/team leader.
- Skills and working experiences in
- Have experience and skill in managing IT Projects and Teams according to PMBOK Practices and Processes
- Have experience and skill in Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps Models
- Have experience and skill in IT Operation and Maintenance Management
- Have experience and skill in using Project Management Tools
- Must be able to work in Public Sector, Private Sector and Foreign Projects without preferences
- Must be able to travel to and work at customer project sites locally and internationally if necessary (typical assignment period - 6 months)
- Must be able to work long hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays with appropriate compensation if necessary
- Must be able to prepare, organize, communicate and present project proposals, project plans, project status and risk effectively
- Must be self-motivated, organized and actions-and-results oriented
- Must be able to identify, resolve, escalate and mitigate project risks and issues effectively
- Must be able to successfully work under tight project deadlines and pressure
- Must be a team-player and leader who can organize and lead the project teams effectively
- English language proficiency

- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skill to solve and troubleshoot challenging problems
