Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience leading software development or IT infrastructure projects.
- Background as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Tech Lead is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of software engineering, database management systems, and modern API/microservices architectures.
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub Issues, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.
