Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Perform the implementation of the HR strategy across the organization and play a key role in the introduction and negotiation of all new HR policies.
Facilitate effective 2-way communication between management and employees
Establish and manage process to forecast, plan and monitor recruitment needs and budget
Ensure timely and quality hiring for vacant and new positions for group of companies
Manage the orientation process, ensuring all staff are provided a good orientation and have a clear understanding of the organizational initiatives and their role in supporting them.
Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist functions
Knowledge in legislation and labor law and local HR practice.
Self-motivated, mature and highly independent individual
Able to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Application
