HR Assistant


Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.



  • Perform the implementation of the HR strategy across the organization and play a key role in the introduction and negotiation of all new HR policies.
  • Facilitate effective 2-way communication between management and employees
  • Establish and manage process to forecast, plan and monitor recruitment needs and budget
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring for vacant and new positions for group of companies
  • Manage the orientation process, ensuring all staff are provided a good orientation and have a clear understanding of the organizational initiatives and their role in supporting them.
  • Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties



  • Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist functions
  • Knowledge in legislation and labor law and local HR practice.
  • Self-motivated, mature and highly independent individual
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Application
